If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Some items are non-returnable, in those cases it is noted in the item description.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We make every effort to ship your order the next business day after receipt of the order.
We do not ship outside the lower 48 contiguous U.S. This restriction includes Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.

Shipping rates increase significantly with longer items/packaging.
A notable breaking point is going over 48". When shopping we suggest you keep this in
mind and do some comparisons at checkout to find what's best suited for your needs.
